Goals of I Love Life! I Love Me!
SEL Curriculum

Love is a powerful force whether it’s the ability to love yourself or to love others. Unfortunately, many teens and young adults never receive specific tools or strategies for learning how to love themselves and love others. For this reason, the I Love Life! I Love Me! SEL Curriculum was created with these primary goals in mind:
  • To provide schools and community programs (community organizations) with an SEL Curriculum and curriculum that can be utilized to help promote positive thinking and positive actions among youth and young adults.
  • To provide an SEL Curriculum for developing self-esteem and self-confidence in teens and young adults that is practical, simple and easy to understand and implement.
  • To empower the adults who work with teens and young adults (teachers, instructors, administrators, program directors/program managers, etc.) with more effective ways to facilitate the life skills and social skills development of teens and young adults enabling them to have greater success in school (academically) and beyond (in the workplace).
